The analysis of its aims enables the initial understanding of any
education system or education project. Therefore, in order to
understand that education system or education project, one
should start at understanding its aims within the context of their
inter-relationship with the internal and external functioning of
that education system or education project. In studying the aims
of the education system or an education project, the direction
and functioning of that phenomenon become more distinct. It is
also logical to start at analysing the guiding aims when possible
collaboration amongst different organisations is considered.
